The Mwanza Flat-headed Agama is a most beautiful lizard found in
Tanzania, Riwanda and Kenya.
They're also known these days as The Spiderman Lizard and kept as pets
but that's another story.
Growing up to 30 centimetres or one foot long, these highly coloured examples are all males of the species.
The females are all dull brown.
Charles Darwin would have had plenty to say about the origins of this species...
