Lonnie Bissonnette Is Confined To A Wheelchair. He Can't Walk But Just Watch Him Jump...

Forty eight year old base-jumper Lonnie Bissonnette isn't letting the fact he can't walk or use his left arm stop him from enjoying life to the fullest. And then some.
Despite the injuries he incurred on a previous base-jump, Lonnie continues with his favourite stunts which these days include bungee-jumping from bridges, being piggybacked off the edge of cliffs or wearing a wing suit and flying at speeds up to 80 miles per hour before releasing his parachute. Go for it Lonnie.
If you can dream it, you can do it...

Fearless Felix's Fantastically Fast Freefall...

Austrian daredevil Fearless Felix Baumgartner jumped into the history books yesterday as he exited his capsule and became the first skydiver to break the sound barrier.
A giant balloon holding 30 million cubic feet of helium hoisted Felix up to an altitude of 128,097 feet, 39,044 metres above the earth and then, on the edge of space, he jumped, free falling for a little over four minutes at a speed of over 690mph or 1342kph.
The Flying Tortoise has never been that high.
Or that fast.
Even on a good day...
