I didn't know about the sleeping concept but I suppose there's logic in it, if you were asleep you wouldn't be getting stressed by what's going on around you. I've heard women live longer than men because they don't have wives
but I couldn't possibly comment on that.
I didn't know chocolate was an aid to longevity but I do know that eating chocolate
shrinks your clothes.
