This delightful, creative, free-form, hand-built earthen house in Washington's Independence Valley has been aptly described as a 'magical dwelling in the woods'.A wonderfully individualistic, bohemian two story house, it was built by Gregory Crawford.
There's no mortgage and Gregory had permission to build his piece of art by the generous landowner.
The little presumably off-grid dwelling was recently screened on the television show Peak Moment where Gregory explained the cob and wattle structure in detail. Peak Moment is an online TV series featuring people creating resilient and self-sustaining communities.
