Sew What?

I said I was going to sew a Duvet cover.
Didn't you hear me?
It's going to be Victorian Crazy Quilting patchwork style.
The nice ladies at the Bernina Sewing Centre in Whangarei have been giving me stitching lessons, sew I'm good to go.
Or good to sew.
The duvet will be about 2m x 2m and because each little piece is only about 75mm square, it's going to take a while.
I've never sewed before but it's going to be fun.
Sew watch for updates...

  1. Best use a thimble or are you going to use a machine?

  2. Just a needle and thread for me DD, I'm keeping it simple. The hardest part is threading the cotton through the eye of the needle. The rest should be a slow and enjoyable dawdle...
