ReplyDeleteIt is a great adventure but here in SOCAL with rising fuel prices, longer distances and the low tolerance at the beach for scruffiness I would advise people to go to land i.e. small homestead in these trying times. Example, a friend in Palm Springs had a house. He just had to sell it and get on the road without a care for timing or the future. And now his options are limited, my feeling is being on the road in USA here now means staying on your toes and makes you vulnerable. Meanwhile land is cheap. Good luck all!
ReplyDeleteI have been fascinated always about life on wheel or free spirit life style I don't really know what exact name could be used for it, though it's not possible in some countries like Quail says "makes you vulnerable" true.
