The iconic Morris Minor is from the late 1950's or early 1960's. And isn't the tiny house attached just gorgeous.
It's one of the wonderful examples of a lifestyle many of us still cherish and continue to pursue. It's a symbol from simpler times, slower times, when the pursuit of money didn't rule our lives.
Fortunately there are, in remote corners of New Zealand, a number of these home-made, hand-made masterpieces.
It's just a matter of finding them...

ReplyDeleteKnowing Morris Minuses as I do, I have to say that if that example has the original BMC 948cc engine with the single throat SU carburetor, "slower times" is an appropriate description!
