A Day On The Beach Wins The Best Mobile Phone Photo Award In The 2015 Sony World Photography Awards...

Italian photographer Turi Calafatos's image captured on his mobile phone of a couple relaxing and enjoying their own space and time on a beach in Sicily in 2014 has won the best mobile phone photo award in the 2015 Sony World Photography Awards.
I'm sure the featured sleeping couple, not realising their privacy was being invaded, will be delighted to know that...

    There is one important rule that diverses a top professional photographer from all the others - the rule of asking the "victims" and especially if you want to show the pictures to anybody else - photo awards or not. I'm not sure I like this photo.

    Oh for some hot weather. I'm envious in this cold New Zealand winter.
    Whether this photo is meant to be kind or unkind the couple look to be enjoying themselves and totally relaxed.
