Poland's Crooked House...

Remember a post some days ago,
about the world's most unusual buildings?
This house was featured but without any description.
It's called 'Krzywy Domek' which means Crooked House and is a wonderfully unique shopping centre in Sopot, Poland.
It was designed in 2004 by the architectural firm Szotynscy and Zaleski.
There's more about it over here.
And here.
Isn't it just so much fun, as if it's a set in a cartoon movie...

    1. I think the architect must have been pissed when he drew up the plan...and the builders must have been pissed off when they saw them.

  3. Now THAT is creative! Indeed the builders must have thought, "Yeah, right." I also like the use of interior color and lighting for the nighttime effect. Really fun. If I'm ever there..... a must see.
