This great photo by Scott Olson/Getty Images shows a specially constructed levee surrounding a home on the Yazoo River.The recently flooded Mississippi forced the Yazoo to also flood.
I hope these folk had a fast evacuation plan...

With all the work they did to prepare I bet they have a plan "B". Most people would just get flooded and look for help later. I admire the self sufficient. I live in the desert and my house is on a hill....just in case :)
