Especially for you because I know how much you enjoy yummy food and today is the beginning of Spring. Her nextdoor made this absolutely gorgeous lemon muffin in her cast iron camp oven. Marvellous things those, who needs a conventional oven when a simple camp oven produces such delights.
Now don't fight over this, it's got dry roasted sunflower, pumpkin, and sesame seeds on the top. Why don't you try it with a bit of yoghurt, you too might be jumping for joy...
