The von Engelbrechten Family Quit The Rat Race For Life On A Remote Tongan Island...

The family von Engelbrechten, Boris and Karen and their sons Jack, Luca and Felix live on the remote Tongan island of Fofoa
in the Vava'u Group.
Having sailed there and spent many months there some years ago I can assure you it's one of the most beautiful places on the planet.
So who could blame them swapping the insane commute from a little village near Bath in south west England along the M4 to work in London when they could be living the dream miles from anywhere and away from the pressures of consumerism and western bureaucracy.
There's more about them here.
If you can dream it, you can do it...

  1. This is what many people dream of but few dare to do. Of course, the destination to dreamland is different for everyone but just as captivating. Congratulations to the von Engelbrechten family for daring to make their dream a reality.

That's true, if you have money. If not, then not so much.
