Designed and built at the workshops of the Birmingham Small Arms Company in Great Britain in 1905, this very clever bicycle fire appliance was created for use in petrochemical plant fire outbreaks.
The siren is activated by moving the brake lever into its first position and the helmet sits on the rear carrier.
But where's the ladder...
