DeleteIt becomes much simpler going up hills, if you get some help from Daryl at http://evlab.co.nz/ It's certainly changed how I view riding a bike, since I got some accessories from him.
DeleteWith that you wouldnt have to get the rust repaired round your windscreen. But maybe joint repairs would be needed
