Chairs Grown From Living Trees...

Designer Werner Aisslinger has recently unveiled a living chair that's grown from the ground up instead of being built in a conventional furniture factory.
This 'Green Chair' is a live plant that grows to a specific shape set by a light metal mold.
When the mold's removed, it leaves behind a naturally cultivated shape to sit on.
Aisslinger's Chair Farm can harvest furniture locally instead of having to import it.
Try growing your own furniture.

  2. What a great idea, growing your own furniture, using fast growing bamboo. Individually crafted and quite unique.
