It's not easy you know, this camping life. When I've done the dishes I have to do the laundry and then there's lunch to prepare for the family and then more dishes and then Dad'll bring home a load of fish to fillet and Mum will need a rest from socialising and then if there's time, I'll go boogieboarding with some friends and then, well it's almost the end of the year so I'll have to figure out some resolutions...
It seems camping holidays are no holiday. So much to do and so little time! No automatic dishwashers, washing machines, vacuum cleaners . . . why do we bother? Oh I know, it's such good fun. Just like life used to be before the invention of all the contraptions to make life "easier" for us! Ironic really. But I wouldn't want anyone to take the basic camping lifestyle away from us!
