There was lots of style and simplicity
in the 2010 London to Brighton Car Run.
Not a lot of speed but who cared about that.
This 1903 Peugeot was one of 572 who started but only 433 actually made it to the finish nearly sixty miles away...

Those folk look damned cold, maybe the ones that didn't make it to the finish made it somewhere else for a brandy. I get a thrill when I see those old motors on the road, all the hours of loving care that keep them going.
