Nearly at the top of New Zealand's Coromandel Peninsula, up past Port Charles and Sandy Bay is the stunningly beautiful Stony Bay. The only access in and out, apart from by boat, the road is not this good all the way! But it is worth it!
TFT has spent a lot of time here in the last few months and will be back again very soon... what I love about the Coromandel is, it's always yesterday there...

Always enjoy reading about your experiences and viewing your pictures. Have never been to your part of the world, but it looks and sounds wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI share the great state of Texas with John Wells, but I am on the "green" side. I am probably about 650 to 700 miles east of The Field Lab. Only have 12 acres here in the piney woods.
Keep up with pics and info, love it.
