I post these images with a very heavy heart.
But with no apology.
I am upset. I am sad. I am angry. I am crying.
And like you. I am not powerless.
Please join me and millions of others in demanding action from our governments to increase their paltry efforts and somehow bring an end to the unprecedented humanitarian crisis the world is experiencing.
The world refugee dilemma is not new and more than fifty million people are in a homeless situation right now. Right now.
They are looking for a place to shelter
and be safe but there doesn't seem to be
much room at the inn.
This beautiful little Syrian boy, Aylan Kurdi aged three, his brother Galip and their mother Rehan all drowned last Wednesday off the coast of Turkey's Bodrum Peninsula. Their father and widower Abdullah survived the tragedy but will he survive life. This family were seeking freedom. Something we all take for granted.
Please do something.
I see Sir Bob Geldof has offered to put up four families at his London home. There are many who could do something like that.
If you're crying at these images, If they shock you. If you're angry about what is happening, then that's good. It shows you're alive.
And if you're alive, you have choices.
Please make some...

Turkey's Lady In Red Becomes A Reluctant Heroine And Freedom Icon...
This is the image that shows her being pepper sprayed by one of Turkey's big brave riot policemen.
According to Prime Minister Tayyip Erdegan she is one of the extremists living arm in arm with terrorists who are attempting to destroy Turkey.
The protest in which three people have already been killed and more than a thousand admitted to hospital started with the public demonstrating against the destruction of trees and the construction of a shopping complex at Taksim Square's Gezi Park in the heart of Istanbul.
And the Reuters photographer who shot the now iconic image appears to have suffered self inflicted head injuries...

Fantasy Becomes A Reality In Jeffrey Bale's World Of Gardens...
One of my favourite places to visit is Jeffrey Bale's World of Gardens.Jeffrey is a designer and builder of intimate landscapes using stone, mosaic and plants.
He travels regularly and his work is greatly influenced by his journeying around the world.
For years he's been inspired to create a harem in his own garden based on his travels in India and Turkey.
These beautiful photos of Moria and Nagasita in various Odissi dance positions were taken in Jeffrey's garden by Scott Belding.
His fantasy has become a reality.
You might like to take some time out from your reality and visit Jeffrey's fantasy here...
