It's said that to know how someone feels,
one needs to walk in their shoes.
And there's nothing like wearing high heel shoes to bring out the best in a man.
A few weeks ago, over a thousand men in Toronto took part in Canada's fourth annual White Ribbon Campaign, Walk a Mile In Her Shoes Rally to end violence against women.
What should we wear I wonder,
to end violence against everybody...
It's so hard to get a nice pair of heels in a man's 14 WW.
ReplyDeleteYou've got to really want to Sixbears.
DeleteJust keep on trying...
And I bet that felt good to a lot of those guys too - there's something endearing about seeing a man's feminine side so publicly displayed - especially for such a fabulous purpose as the White Ribbon cause.
ReplyDeleteI will stick to high heel cowboy boots.
ReplyDeleteAnd I suppose they're a nice pink pair...
DeleteWhere's the personal shot, Keith? At the naturist camp would be best. Waiting........
ReplyDeleteYou may well be excited Liz by the sight of me naked and wearing high heels but along with everyone else you'll just have to continue waiting, waiting, waiting...
DeleteI ~knew~ I should've listened to my grandmother when she told me to move to Toronto and become a Chiropractor!
ReplyDeleteRight on Sharkey. A Chiropractor wearing high heels...
DeleteYet, another walk/cause for women only. How about walking for prostate cancer, or ending violence against men? Oh, wait, not in our "pink" society. Geez, no wonder men die so much younger than women, on average; no causes to prevent our deaths.
