Today's societal pressures don't leave time for the simple pleasures in life for some people, like taking the baby for a stroll.Or because there's so much to do, two things need to be done at once.
It's called time management.
Another sign of the times...

Taking baby for a stroll behind a two wheeled vehicle sure looks very unsafe to me. And where's the relaxation of a stroll? It's lacking IMO.
