Kids, Don't Try This Without Parental Supervision...
And parents.
Don't even think about trying it.
Without asking your children first...
Dang!! That makes me wonder what happens when he removes the rings. Does his head fall off? If not, can he hold is heap up without the rings? Maybe that is his doctors way of treating a stiff neck.
Some many years ago, National Geographic magazine ran a story about native women who had been subjected to the neck ring thing. The conclusion, backed up with X-rays (with the rings removed), was that the women's necks weren't any longer than the average native woman's, but that the addition of rings over the years had pushed their collar bones down, creating the appearance of a longer neck.
This guy doesn't show any evidence of having a compressed collarbone.

I did enlarge the image, looked carefully and couldn't fault it but perhaps it is photo shopped and I'm guilty of stretching the truth...
