Lloyd Kahn sent me his beautiful new book Tiny Homes On The Move and I can't put it down.
Here's a glimpse at just some of the more than two hundred pages of wonderfully innovative tiny homes that travel on wheels and on the water and provide for their nomadic owners, lifestyles so rich that they are indeed millionaires.
This latest book following on from the brilliant Tiny Homes published in 2012 will be another
best seller. Check it out here.
I don't usually endorse things but I do recommend you get your hands on this wonderfully inspirational book that will soon be regarded as a classic.
Thanks Lloyd for presenting these dreams that have become marvelous imaginative realities...

French Workers Get Paid To Cycle To Work...
Much to the delight of some local commuters, the French government has initiated a six month experiment that pays people to cycle to work.
France joins other European governments trying to increase bicycle use, to improve people's health, reduce air pollution and
cut fossil fuel consumption.
Several countries like the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Belgium and Britain already have bike-to-work schemes with incentives that include payment per kilometer, financial support to buy a bicycle and tax breaks.
In France more than twenty companies employing over ten thousand people have already signed on to pay their staff 25 Euro cents or 34 US per kilometer to cycle to work.
If the idea has wheels France is likely
to keep it rolling...

Antoine Bruy's Images Document Back To Basics Living In Europe...
Antoine Bruy often works as a 'Woofer'.
A Woofer is usually an itinerant worker who toils on an organic farm a few hours a day
for board and food.
In that capacity, his role as a photographer is a secondary one but one that enables him to get to know the people, taste their lifestyle and connect with them before capturing their way of life through his lens.
These images are from his series Scrublands...

Was The Designer Of The Mushroom House In New York's Perinton On Hallucinogenics...
I remember the Seventies.
They came along right after the Nineteen Sixties.
They do say of those times that if you can remember where you were, you weren't there.
The Mushroom House in Perinton, New York was designed in the Seventies by architect James Johnson and is now for sale for around a million mushrooms.
There's more about the house here and here.
Perinton by the way was recently voted one of the best places to live in the US.
But they didn't say who voted.
Or what they were on...

Nineteen Year Old Russian Daredevil Alexander Remnev And His Vertigo Inducing Photos. You Might Want To See Them With Your Eyes Shut...
The young Russian daredevil Alexander Romnev and his thrillseeking friends get their kicks by literally hanging out at the top of tall, the taller the better, buildings.
Nineteen year old Alexander has recently been in Dubai to climb some of that city's tallest buildings and on getting to the top, pausing to take a few selfies with his camera attached to a extension pole.
Here's Alex and his mates at the top of the world's tallest residential building, Dubai's 1,350ft high Princess Tower.
This was written with my eyes shut...
